Embedded systems development
An embedded system is a special purpose computer that is used inside of a device. Embedded systems are used to monitor and control such things as motors, lights and switches, or recording and playing everything from sound to the arm position on a robot.
WiseMatix Embedded systems Development Department provides services of software development for embedded systems and real time systems which include:
- drivers, applications and utilities development;
- transferring of the software to the different plates and device platforms, converting of initial code to other programming languages if it’s necessary;
- adopting and localizing;
- further support, modifying and improving of ready programming or device programming products reliability.
Embedded systems generally use microcontrollers that contain many functions of a computer on a single device. We are able to program directly to the microcontroller hardware without using a host operating system as well as to program under Linux and Windows Embedded as two the most popular operating systems.
Technologies that are used by WiseMatix for Embedded systems development: INTEL 8051, ATMEL, AVR, ATMEL MEGA, Microchip PIC, LCD, LED, Big Sport Scoreboards, RS485/232, IR5, EEPROM
